Parameter passing by reference (if that is what you mean) is
totally alien to languages in the Lisp tradition. Jess, however,
lets you manipulate Java objects, and you might use this to
let some Jess function change one or more fields. But this
may not be the best way to achieve your goal, whatever it is.
